Starting with a thorough examination of the client’s industry we identify the best practices and benchmark those against the present client position. We analyze your competitors and any specific website/organization you want to benchmark against. From the initial collection we pick out the best practices and formulate a list of essentials for your company. We then benchmark and map these practice to your organizational goals.

The complete project is an interactive process where our representatives are constantly in touch with you. At each stage of the project we send the WIP to your representatives and take feedbacks, if any, implement them and get final approvals before moving forward. This ensures no going back to the drawing board so the project is final in minimum turn around time.

Client feedback and approval are a very important part of each stage of our project. We give emphasis on getting in-depth feedback at each stage and implement it to the best of our capabilities. Only when the client approves one stage do we move to the next.
